Because each product is custom printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
support@bassbuiltco.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional costs.
